Internet explorer is running slow and i keep getting a pop up sometimes that says "memory full at line 23 (or 19)"
What should i do i dont have any system scanner or anything. On ym old laptop i had AVG or something but i need a fast, free, and reliable system scanner.
Is spybot search and destroy free? Ive used it before too.
Just give me some websites i cant get a virus please =[

And do you have a firewall other than the Windows firewall?

Avast is anti virus, spy bot is anti trojan, and ad-aware is anti pop-ups. All 3 are free.

http://www.avast.com and download the free home version, after install, choose to scan the computer when next restart
