Hogan has not had hair in years. Thats whey he always has on the bandana. He only takes it off to blind his opponents and get the leg drop then the win.

It was like gelled or something. He had some kind of product on there, or what ever is left.

it was extensions
if you look when he was on the mic you can see his real hair and where the extensions are
cause i had seen him on tv the same day and his hair was short
