I get turned on when I see a girl play with her shoes, slipping them on and off, dangling them, etc. I can't help it and I don't know why. Anyways, I'm thinking about telling my girlfriend about it who I've been seeing for two months now. So to help me decide whether or not I should tell her, if your boyfriend told you this how would you react? Would you be upset or would you go along with it and play with your shoes more just to turn him on? Would you have wanted to know?

I reccomend not telling your girlfriend about your shoe fettish, because she might get jealous if she sees you staring at someone else that is playing with her shoes. If my boyfriend told me this, i would be a little freaked out, but then would think about whether or not i do this. If i did, i would take it as a compliment, and if i didn't, i would take it as a hint that you were getting turned on to other girls.

If she has an accepting personality I say, go for it! It's a totally harmless fetish. Kind of tame as fetishes go. Is she easy going about sex as a rule or strictly a lights off girl? Try taking her shoe shopping and letting it drop. She may be in a better frame of mind about the whole thing if she's getting some cute new shoes! :-)

Honestly, I would be upset if my boyfriend told me he got turned on by another girl (even if she was messing with her shoes)

Well i think you should tell her. But tell her that you like when she plays with her shoes because its adorable. Also whe your around other girls you cant stare at the shoes its goi ng to make her feel insecure and jealous. For example my boyfriend did this cute little smile thing and when he did that too another girl and it made methink thats not our little special thing. So make her feel like shes the only girl in the world that makes you get turned on by that.

If my guy told me that after only 2 months, I'd be like, Later for you fella. I am weirded out by guys with a foot fetish. Maybe if we'd been together longer I'd be able to deal. But finding out something like that after 2 months would be a major turn off.

My best friend and her boyfriend (I'm not sure if he's her ex or not...er. We haven't been in contact lately. Work/school/etc. Anyway!) had this discussion. Her boyfriend actually has a foot fetish and he came out and told her. She was glad that he was honest with her, but they had to work together to set some boundaries. For example, he definitely could not lick her feet, but he could massage them, etc.
Now, if it were me, I would have to say that I would not want to know. I'd rather know that you liked to expose yourself in public. I'm really disgusted by feet. Sorry! Everyone's different though.

Its' innocent enough and nothing harmful. I'd go with it and have fun teasing him and setting moods with my shoes. I don't have a fetish but I don't see this one as harmful at all. Some don't do well with odd or different so it depends on her personal type personality what she would think. I am an adventerous type person.

what? no, I wouldn't be upset there's no reason for her to be. anyway, it's a little odd but I'd probably go along with it, if it was someone I really cared about.... but then again it might be better not to know. Maybe wait a little longer before you tell her that.

I don't know what type of person your girlfriend is so, Just tell her and see what happens. I don't think it would hurt to try.
