he thinks it was me dancing with some guy. everyone knows it wasnt me even his cousin. He calls me all day long especially on weekends and if i dont answer for 5 mins he thinks i am ******* someone. and i have gone into depression because of this.
I let him go out he stays out at his friends house and i still anwer all his calls cause he wants to make sure i am not out.
i am very messed up in my head because of this.

I would suggest making him your ex-boyfriend.
He seems to be obsessed with controlling you, I would not tolerate it. It can only get worse.

Why are you with him? What is frightening is that you aren't even calling him your EX boyfriend.
You have no legal case against him, you are voluntarily in that relationship - it's called Personal Responsibility to walk away from someone who causes you mental or physical distress, not to continue to seek out their company.
Get a new number and take out a restraining order if necessary.

Taco Bell can terminate you for any reason, even the SUSPICION of theft. Just accept it and move on. You have no legal case here. If you were at the register and not waiting on a customer, they believe you took the money. It was only 6 months of work, just don't put it down on future job applications.

I agree with the trooper guy, you need to leave him because it will only get worse. Also try getting a restraining order against him.

Depends on where you live but if you were falsely accused of something, depending on your jurisdiction, you can request the DA take a look at the case for prosecution...in TX it is a FELONY to falsely accuse someone of misconduct.

Why don't you just leave him, he seems to have issues. I don't see what legal action you can take against him, other then you just leaving him.
