Like, when they say "Free calling to all At&T users" Does that mean if they have AT&T on their house phone, is that free for me? or no?

No, when they say free calling to AT&T users, they mean AT&T wireless customers. Wireless customers and landline customers use a completely different system, so you would not have free calling to an AT&T landline.

Don't think so, otherwise they couldnt get any money from people for overages. Its just to other AT&T Cell phones. Just like most other cell companies, its free to the same users but costs for others.

Head over to https://www.wireless.att.com/support and get the answer to this question from the horse's mouth.

Your wireless plan is not like anyone else's wireless plan, and there may or may not be a charge for calling AT&T landlines.

If you're on the same service should be yes. If not contact your compay and make a complaint. I'd yell at em' till they make it free.
