There is this guy I work with and he always asks about how my boyfriend and I are. Today I went into my work to eat and I left my stuff on accident and I had to return to get my stuff and he smiled and goes "what are you thinking about to forget all that??" He will say my boyfriend is too "jealous" or "inattentive" (he knows my bf). He will talk in front of me and tell other guys "she already has a boyfriend" and stuff like that.

I don't know what he meant by that...

This guy sounds like a classic c*o*c*k-blocker. He is looking to get between you and your boyfriend's relationship. And by saying that you have a boyfriend to other guys, he is trying to eliminate other competition out of the picture to make you seem unavailable.

This is considered sexual harassment. You need to do three things: (1) ask him nicely to stop discussing your personal life at work; (2) write down all the things he has said and the dates he said them as best you can remember; and (3) if he doesn't stop as you requested, go to your personnel or human resources department and tell them what is happening, taking the written record with you.
