My best friend was the coolest kid (in the drugs and party crowd sadly) and well people still want to hang with him 24/7 and do the same stuff but he's calmed down a whole lot and i'm proud of him he's come a long way since then. So kind of both the cool kid still and the one who fades away

Most of them saw an end to their glory days!!! Just like my mom said they would!!!

A lot of them got into drugs or maybe always were. I still know this one guy that was soooo popular from elem thru hs to jr college... Hes an alcoholic and as ugly as ever!!! lol

Im not usually mean but when it comes to HS and some stuff I went thru as a kid... I am!!!! Karma can be a wonderful thing!

One of the "coolest kids" in my high school became addicted to heroin and died of an overdose a couple of years ago.

The coolest kid in my high school (coolest in MY opinion), last I heard, had built a raft out of the 5 gallon water bottles that people have delivered to their home, and he used it to raft down the Mississippi River.

One of them is now paralyzed from the neck down, one died about 7 years ago, and the rest didn't amount to much in their adult lives. It's sad to say, but it's true. Just goes to show that no matter how you live your life when your young, it's not set in stone about how you will be when you're an adult.

They burnt bright for a while but burned out early. Their lives were over before they hit 50. Advice to the young, take care of yourself cause you need to be in good shape to enjoy your older years. Yes it can be more enjoyable than when u r young.

I caught up with them last at our schools 10 year reunion...Most but not all lost their hair and had a gut that resembled a wine sack....It was sad to see that all the old cliques still existed...I suppose some people just don't move on...

They all got knocked up and married by 23. They all went to the same college together and never made any new friends.

They never move on. Sad life.
