Obviously DC does...but I live in No. Virginia and the town of Vienna a few blocks from me, AND the town of Fairfax, also near me do the Olde Towne Main Street Holiday thing...and it's beautiful and homey and brings back great memories.

BIG tree in the town squares - garland across the street with lights...light polls wrapped in garland and shrubbery and small trees with white lights in front of businesses and restaurants.

We have a Christmas light show in a park. You can drive through it. Most of the smaller shopping centers and malls
have their own decorations and lights. It's really very pretty
this time of year.
