That would depend on the size of the penis both in it's resting state verses erections. Some men have tiny ones, but they grow really big.

I saw a porn film recently where the guy had a real big one but I didn't think it was hard enough for me personally to be able to say that I was really excited if it had been mine. So I thought maybe he had a mismatch between his penis size and his blood supply or that his heart just wasn't up to the task of pumping enough blood into it to make a half decent movie.

It depends on the size of the penis. Some men have small penis' that grow a lot, while others have big that dont grow that much, and you have small ones that dont grow much at all either.

Does he feel any tickling through his body system? Like a little microsize ant running over his skin? I figure that it may be a sign of something internal that he may need to have checked out for. It happens to all of us. Is he ejaculating? because we do built pressure inside and internal swelling due to the physical action thus meaning that afterwards our bodies reach a cool down moment and most of us have to urinate, so he needs to pee and not hold it. I hope is nothing serious.

For me, enough to go from 2" to 4.75" and enough to give it a decent girth.
