depends...How much do you want to spend, and how worried are you?
either it's a bad valve stem, a bad bead seal, or a hole in your tire...
your options are
A.)deal with it, and keep refilling
B.)take it to a professional tire shop and have it patched(I reccomend this option)
C.)buy a new tire
D.)buy a can of "fix a flat" to plug the hole...

First off... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!
Recommended tire inflation pressures for a 06' Toyota Tacoma are 29 psi front and rear or 29/32 depending on specific model and tire size.
50 psi not only increases tire wear, reduces traction, ride quality and make the tires more prone to damage from road hazards but it probably exceeds the safety limit for the tire. Most Passenger-Metric sized tires have a maximum inflation pressure of 44 psi. Some are only rated for 35 psi! Since Standard Load P-Metric tires achieve peak load carrying capacity at 35 psi you gain absolutely nothing by doing what you are doing.
So stop doing that and inflate them to the pressure the people who designed and built your vehicle say is best.
As for your tire, it has a leak. Take it to any tire store and have it fixed or replaced as necessary.

It sounds to me like you could have a number of different problems with you tire.
1. You have a leak
2. The bead around the tire is allowing air to escape
3. The valve stem is toast
4. recommend you take it in to a shop a get it repaired worst case maybe 20 bucks for a new stem and a patch job.
5. Or leave it then one day your driving and the tire comes off the rim and you break the axle really what sounds cheaper.
6. Just because you think it isn't a leak doesn't mean there sin't one.

Tires are made to be air tight and not leak. That's why they designed them to be inflated with air. If it loses pressure more than about 5 or so pounds with temp difference, it has a hole in it and there is no doubt about that. Because it is a slow leak and doesn't go flat, I surmise it is a small nail or piece of wire that is still in the hole. It will continue this 3 week cycle of slow leaking until the nail or wire comes out whereas it will begin to leak more rapidly. Just go to a tire shop and get it fixed.

You are probably losing air around your valve stem, or around the bead, in either case the tire need to come off to be inspected. But there could also be a very small hole that you can't see or hear. A local tire shop should be able to solve the problem for around 20 bucks. Denfinatly try to fix it before buying a new tire.

Why dont you think its a hole? Take it someplace, it will cost you 6 to 12 bucks. Or take soapy water, spray it on the tire, find the leak yourself then take it to be fixed for 6 to 12 bucks cause you dont have a tire machine
