No...the earliest you can detect is 10 dpo and that is only with a blood test. Some urine tests can test up to 4 days before your period is due, but the box says that it only has a 65% accuracy that early.

It depends on when you are taking the test, if you are taking it from one week of having sex then most likely no. If you are taking from one week from ovulation then maybe but probaby not. I would wait at least 1-2 more weeks before testing!!! Remember to take the test with your first morning urine.

Depends if you're talking one week from your LMP or one week post conception?

If it's one week since your period should have arrived, then yes - though this would make you further on into your pregnancy.
If it's one week since you did the deed, then no, probably not.

1 week pregnant would be just as your period is ending or a couple days afterward, so no.
