I work for a company where there are 4 people who are all partners, so how much do I spend on each one to make it fair but also not brake my pocket book too? The partners consist of 3 men and 1 woman.

Buy each one a nice / unique tree ornament and put it in a fancy box with tissue paper. You can get nice Christmas boxes at the dollar store (tissue paper too!) Or, bake cookies and package about three (three for each boss) in a nice bag with a ribbon. If you don't like to bake, purchase the cookies from a bakery and package them up nicely. You an also tell them that "today coffee and donuts are on me" and ask what each one wants from Tim Hortons or Starbucks.

Oh I like the ornament idea and Pier One usually has really nice ones that are very inexpensive.

One year I had 2 bosses, and both had plenty of everything and could certainly afford anything they wanted. The one loved popcorn and the other always borrowed my orange peeler. So I bought 2 big boxes of the VERY UNHEALTHY super butter popcorn that the one loved...and a box of nice, big, Christmas oranges and his own peeler for the other one. They were thrilled...my best idea yet!!

I make cookies or fudge and go to the dollar tree and get little Christmas tins to put them in. It's extremelly cheap and still really thoughful. I have nine agents that I work for, so this idea really helps. My other assistant buys them all a nice Christmas ornament. Hope this helps!

My office is like that I am just making cookies for everyone. Their own little gift baskets. I am getting a lot of supplies from the dollar store and stuff so it won't break the bank. Its personal and still cheap a great idea for office workers. I hope that helps. :0)

I don't know what your position is, but I've never, in 27 years of working, gotten a boss a gift of any kind, and I've worked in offices big and small, in retail, bank, automotive repair, insurance, and export. But, if you really want to (though I really don't think it's necessary), how about travel mugs and little gift baskets from Starbucks?
