Yes, and you will probably feel tired for each pregnancy. The first trimester was the worst for me. I felt extremely tired. Try to eat small meals throughout the day....that can help. The third trimester is tough too because you might have trouble sleeping at night, causing you to be tired during the day. Best wishes!

Your body is going through a miracle! It takes a lot of energy and effort to make your perfect little baby.
It is recommended that you sleep 8-9 hours at night, and try to fit in a afternoon, early-evening nap everyday. I know with my first pregnancy it made a HUGE difference. i worked 8 hours a day, came home and took a nap got up and had dinner, watched some tv, spent time with hubby and went back to bed for the night.
This pregnancy i don't seem as tired yet (8 weeks prego) but I am not working now as I stay home with baby #1.

YES. I am the kind of person that is usually up and about all day long. When I first got pregnant for the first four months I was so tired no matter what. I then had to quit my job because I couldnt handle 9-5 anymore. It was good because I really needed the rest. I guess your body is working overtime and your baby is growing. Maybe try eating a few meals a day to help boost your energy.

You feel tired all the time when you are expecting a child, whether it is the first one or not.

Yes you do. I am 7 weeks pregnant and it is my first and i have been more tired and worn out more than i ever have been in my life. You may not do any physical activity but you still feel like you have ran a mile. Hope this helped.

I am in my second trimester and I am not tired, I am exhausted. The worst part is I work and go to school full time and have trouble sleeping. I wish we all could take a nice and lengthy vacation. Good luck.

That is the precise reason I knew I was pregnant. I was tired all the time. I would sleep for 12 hours...wake up, and want to take a nap. Its hard work baking a bun in your oven and it makes you very tired!

Most women feel tired during the first trimester...it has nothing to do with it being your first, second or third child.

I did, especially in the first trimester. I would go to sleep at 7pm on a Friday night, wake up at 7am, and go back to bed around 9am for a couple of hours! That did get better for me in the second trimester, then the third was the opposite--I couldn't sleep at all.
Good luck!
