I looked on mlb.com and can not find last years league leader can anyone help?

How bout from outfeild to home is there any stats for that ?

A throw is an assist and i cant find any stats on it my bad

According to the MLB site, Curtis Granderson had 428 putouts with Ichiro second at 424:

You're confusing put outs with assists.

When an outfielder catches a ball for an out, it's a put out. When he throws a runner out at a base, it's an assist.

a putout for an outfielder is when he catches the ball on the fly. It is called an assist when he guns a runner at 2nd, 3rd, or home.
