the best way, i've found to remember things that you have to repeat exactly is to write it over out on a peice of paper over and over again. Eventually, I've found, you remember it.

Sure. Glucose is about as simple a carbohydrate as you can get. Carbon atoms and water molecules, 6 each. You already know what you breathe in and breathe out. The result must have at least 6 carbon atoms and 6 water molecules. To do that, you need 12 more oxygen atoms. That's the part you can figure out as you go.

Think about what it means.

Most people sort of know that you breath in oxygen and out carbond dioxide.

Also when you breathe out on a window it steams up, that is the h20 (water).

This means all you have to remember really is the first part of the equation.

Personally i find repetition the best way to remember things ... For my uni exams i used to keep writing the same thing out over and over again it will enventually sink in !!
