The toes of both my feet, 2nd and 3rd toes grew together and people always comment on it when I walk around barefooted and I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or something like it?

Feet do not make the man. I would not care if you had no feet at all. I have been told I have cute little feet and toes.

Yes, I have funny feet. My feet are wide and small with short toes. I look like Daisy Duck below the ankle. I have a terrible time finding shoes that are comfortable enough. Most are cut too narrow. My hubby also has two toes that grew together.

Well you probably can swim better!! That is what I would think if I saw your feet!! Well I didn't use to have this, when I was younger people said I had pretty feet. Then as I grew older people said your toes are like fingers!! lol! So you see Wally when people see my feet now they probably think I could play piano with mine!! lol!

The only thing about mine feet is they get hot. I don't have hot flashes, I have hot feet. Sometimes I walk outside barefoot or sit on the side of the bathtub with my feet in cold water to try and cool them down so I can get to sleep before they get hot again. My brother on the other hand had very long toes. My dad used to tease him by saying Darwin was right.

EDIT: Thanks Tranquil for the good laugh!!!!

Webbed toes is the common name for syndactyly affecting the feet. It is characterised by the fusion of two or more digits of the feet. This is normal in many birds, such as ducks; amphibians, such as frogs; and mammals, such as kangaroos. In humans it is considered unusual, occurring in approximately one in 2,000 to 2,500 live births.

There are various levels of webbing, from partial to complete. Most commonly the second and third toes are webbed or joined by skin and flexible tissue. This can reach either part way up or nearly all the way up the toe.

How unique you are Wally! I have two toes that look like they are growing together, but they aren't webbed yet. I have wide clunky feet that really could use a pedicure.

Tranquil.... I think you have lovely feet! chuckle, chuckle!!

I have Barney (Flinstones) feet. Short stubby toes. I like them though. My husband has strange feet. Can't even discribe them and very few have ever seen them.....they get him where he's going so I guess they are serving the purpose. LOL

You cute little duck you.

My lab had feet like that and I loved him dearly.

Everybody on here loves you dearly too.

BTW, my toes are really ugly, but glad I have them. My feet aren't funny, just ticklish.
LOL

My middle toes are exceptionally long and kind of curl over. I have to get a half sized larger in shoes because of it.

my brother has something like you, except the two toes haven't grown completly together...you both have "webbed toes"....and yea we always say my brother will be the faster swimmer...we've also worked out that its a gene that only appears every 2 generations eg. grandfather and his grandchild have it
