When talking of choreographed dancing, our movement is a language that our body speaks. Some people are just gifted at communicating through dance more so than speech! Our body is also like an instrument that correlates with music. Some peoples brains are gifted to work this way and therefore are born to dance so that others can enjoy watching them for entertainment. lol.

Music that's familiar or has a good and easy beat to dance to. I'm sure alcohol plays a part in it too.
