My back pops, my legs lock up, and I drop to the ground, does that count?

I cocld not yesterday because I was worried about a broken hip and I will say the same today. I, too, resent the request. I do believe,however, that I could just go "low, low,low". You know, wearing my baggy sweatpants and my Reeboks with the straps.
