I'm pretty sure it's one million in dollars. You divide 100 million by 100 and get 1 million, since there are 100 pennies in a dollar.

Hello there, I certainly would. I would accept a million dollars in any form someone wanted to give it to me. By taking it in pennies there is an added benefit. I could go through them looking for the older copper ones. The copper value is greater than face. In that many pennies, I would expect a substantial amount of them to be copper.
