is it cause the floor needed scimming ? its getting changed anyhow just curious .x

like bubbles only big ones its not all over it just some places.

Its caused by the vinyl stretching with use. its easily resolved by smoothing out the air bubbles toward the edge of the floor area covered and trimming the excess. it usually occurs during the first three months after laying or with very old vinyl in humid areas.

Some vinyls stretch when laid. Perhaps it was close fitted and therefore has`nt got room to stretch so it "bubbles". If your fitting some new vinyl, try leaving it up the wall a fraction for a couple of weeks before close fitting it

I have seen it sometimes but it turned out to be from a water leak from a washing machine and it had gathered under the flooring!
Was the washing machine moved/disturbed when it was fitted?

you should have laid hardboard down first or used contact adhesive
