When I want sex (maybe twice a month), I have no trouble getting aroused. But my husband needs it more than that, but I don't ever seem to get aroused. I'm attracted to him, and he does what I ask, but it doesn't seem to produce any physical reaction. We've tried different times of the day, touching different areas, but still nothing. And he's not happy if I don't get aroused...so of course it is causing trouble and I feel like I'm letting him down. I don't know if there is a medicine, or vitamin, or something I can take or do so that when he's ready I can get excited too. I'd really appreciate any advice from females who have ideas.

ever tried watching porn or meditating with your partner?...seriously, close your eyes, get real calm with peaceful music, tell your husband to touch your whole body, softly, slow and everywhere...but not necessarily focusing on the genitals or so...just the body. tell yourself that ur getting all hot n aroused, excited, and that your husband is the best...even do into details of the process that your body takes while getting around....itll come, i tried it, even with a few good female friends, just to see if it would work *in the beginning* and mmmaaaaan was i wet n wishing they were my hubby! hehe

Well take your time there is no rush. I know that I get aroused only by being on top of my husband when he is stimulating my breasts. Basically if you like something he is doing make him carry on - it is true that man need more sex than women and what does it matter if at times you can't respond - he needs to be satisfied anyway. Don't worry about it.

There are a lot of ways to get yourslf arroused. Try manual stimulation whether its you or him. Imagination is another thing that you can use think of something that he has done that has gotten you there in the past and use that as a tool to arrouse urslf. If moisture it another problem use lubricants these can cause friction stimulation and arrousal.

What you do mate, is ask her first how a approaches she is prepared to circulate with you (no longer intercourse while you're UNDERAGE) and if she says in spite of the undeniable fact that a approaches you like, or provides a favorable reaction you're able to do surprisingly much something... you may rubdown her breasts, lick the back of her neck, or maybe placed your arms up the front of her skirt

The brain is our largest sexual organ. Find what stimulates your mind and your body will follow. There isn't a multi-billion dollar romance novel industry for nothing! Romance novels don't do a thing for me but reading erotic stories does. Good luck :)

if you know when he's going to be ready for sex (pre-planned- isn't very romantic but....) then try watching a sexy movie or reading a sexy book before he gets there and stimulate yourself while doing that! Or plan a little sexual fantasy for him , wear a super sexy nightie or nothing but whipped cream and strawberries and tell him what you want him to do- be dominant over him and see if that works!

Sex is not just physical, it's mental, too. Try thinking about things that turn you on, throughout the day.

watch a "movie" together or play with yourself before he even gets to join you...think of what turns YOU on (you don't have to tell him) if you have a fantasy play it out in your mind! you mentally have to be into it before physically!

"Hot PLants" herbal supplement.
It takes maybe a week to start working, but then it works really good.
