Degrees don't get paid - people with degrees pick occupations and the workers in that occupation get paid.

There is a significance here that's important and is lost on very many college students - ie: if you get a JD (law degree) and then get yourself as a job as a bartender at Joe's Bar and Grill, you won't be paid all that well. You still have a law degree though.

The highest paying occupations are professional. Among those, the highest paying are physicians. In fact, physicians are regularly the top 10-12 highest paying occupations in the US with attorney in there somewhere.

Just remember, it's not the degree that makes money - it's the worker. Some occupations require a certain degree but it's the occupation that relates to income.

So, ask the question "which occupation pays...." and "what do I need to enter that occupation?" -- that's a very different question.

How about medicine? I'm taking Chemistry, Biology, Maths, German and General Studies and predicted A's.
Actually, I think you might need maths ... it's a worthwhile and well paid career path though, so do some research.

PS: It's not about what you earn, it's about how much you enjoy it.
