What you want is a webpage 'within' a webpage, or an embedded webpage.

I once wanted to do this, and I was sure it was possible, but it took me hours to find out how!

Error: Unable to display embedded webpage.

Obviously, change the URL and size to suit your needs...
This can then be placed in a table, and treated exactly as you would an image, to place it where you need on your webpage.
