It slightly depends on whether you mean revenge or retribution. But in either case the answer is no. It would have been reasonable to seek retribution in the initial years after slavery ended, but now no one is alive that was a slave. It's like me seeking retribution from Italy for conquering my ancestors.

No.. That just brings up all kinds of PAST things...Its somewhat better...let go of the past and thrive for more continual equality !

No, because they have not yet. Generally speaking, black people don't lower themselves to Caucasian standards.
