i think it would be the toughest matchup for my Pats.
you have one team that runs better then any team in the NFL in the Vikings. people know they cant pass yet they cant stop Peterson and Taylor. We all know the Pats are a bit troubled on the run defense
on the other side you have the Vikings who can stop anyone from running but their passing desense is how should we say it, less then stellar, we all know how good the Patriots can pass.
it would just seem like an entertaining superbowl, the quick strikes from the Patriots and the long patient drives from the Vikings

yo JB its typical because its the team i picked in the preseason to make the superbowl. and being 13-0(12-1 however you haters want to see it) and being favored i will assume they will make the superbowl.
just like how i assume the Spurs will make the NBA finals.
its a safe bet, in the end it may be a wrong but its safe.
btw i said "Would you watch a Patriots Vs Vikings superbowl?"
i didnt say when MY Pats stomp everyone in the AFC and make the superbowl.........booyakasha fool!

There are two keys to beating the Pats. #1, keep Tom Brady off the field and #2, score as much as possible.
That being said I think it would be entertaining and with the Vikings running game I think they'd easily be able to control the clock for a good 35-40 minutes of a game against the Pats.
The problem is the Vikings take time to score and the high scoring games they have had have been a result of other teams making mistakes more than their ability to score (Eli Manning ring a bell?) The Patriots have such a quick-score ability that I don't know if the Vikings could keep them off the field long enough. 20 minutes t.o.p. may be all the Pats need.

its the SuperBowl so ofcourse I would watch . But, this would be the easiest matchup possible for the Pats. Not that the Vikings are bad but they spent their money getting guys to stop the run and would be playing the only team in the playoffs who pass almost exclusively. If this were the matchup the Patriots could actually save a roster spot by cutting the punter.

I've watched every Super Bowl since the early 80's. So yes I would watch a Patriots/Vikings game.
Not going to happen this year though.

Yes and I'll be rooting for my Vikes and before you give me a thumbs down, I've been a Viking fan since 1968, and have waited a long time. So I think I deserve some credit for my long standing loyalty.

I rather see a Patriots, Green Bay Rematch... I want to get our revenge back on Brett Favre from 1995 when he beat us in the superbowl... But I wouldn't mind seeing the Vikings... Cause I know we would whip on them... Actually I think the Vikings are a really hot team right now in the NFL, but Cowboys an Packers and even the Giants would be able to knock out the Vikings in the Playoffs....

Guy.... ignore the haters.
We are #1, we know it, they will never admit it but they know it... Patriots 13 - 0 on their way to superbowl # 4, Red Sox won it all #2 in 3 years, and the Celtics are 17 - 2
Life is good.... let the haters hate

I'd watch it because it's the SB, but I wouldn't be rooting for either team given the fact that I don't like Belichick, and the Vikings are my teams Rivals

I watch every Superbowl. It's like a holiday to me. But bad news to the Vikings, it looks like they are gonna have to go through dallas if they want to make it.
