wanted to know what it's called. it's an older movie. early 90's maybe late 80's? anyone know what it's called. i think she comes to life when the kneclas is put on her...
please help- i love that movie.... and want to buy it.

IT WAS NOT Mannequin with Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrell. (good job Bamabrat for noticing that) You are asking about the sequel, Mannequin: On the Move, made in 1991. It was the sequel starring Kristy Swanson and William Ragsdale. The key is the part about the necklace. The first movie (just titled Mannequin and released in 1987) did not require a necklace for it to work. The second one did, because the necklace was part of a curse. When removed, she would come to life.
While I think that both movies were interesting, I thought that the second one was a poor attempt at a sequel. I don't recall the second one actually being related to the first one other than one of the actors appearing in both movies.

In the late 80s there was a movie called Mannequin in which only one person could see her in human form. A few years later they came out with a really horrid sequel in which a girl is transformed into a mannequin by a curse. Without the necklace on she had human form, with it she was a carved block of wood.
