We can determine if we have humility as our virtue if we don't brag about our achievements and don't think less of other people. Admitting our mistakes and apologizing for it are also acts of humility.

Ooh, good question. I think you can. Calling yourself humble could be a recognition of your positive personal qualities, not necessarily self-flattery. Kind of like when you have done a good job and are proud of it, perfectly ok, but making sure everyone else knew you'd done a good job, more for praise. So, I guess it would be alright to call yourself humble.... just not bragging about being humble to others haha.

Humility is something you should have only when you are wrong. When you are right, you might show self-restraint and not say "I told you so," or "Wow, you really like me!"
But nothing says you have to have humility when you have nothing to be humbled about.
