I'm trying to print a test page, but it won't print anything. The ink cartridges are full, and all the cords are plugged in. I've tried troubleshooters, but no success. I don't have a manual to the printer either.

Does it spit out a piece of paper when you try to print the test page? or does it not do anything?

If it does not do ANYTHING when you try to print a test page, then you probably need to reinstall the printer drivers. Sometimes they become corrupted and need to be reinstalled in order to work.

You can download them from http://www.epson.com

greater suitable thought is to maintain your self the headache and purchase your self a greater suitable inkjet printer. you could regularly hit upon a respectable printer it is on sale for the cost of couple ink cartridges. C64 is definitely previous and you're much greater suitable off getting a clean printer.

As you've probably unplugged and replugged it a couple of times. DISCONNECT USB cable
DELETE all printers from the PRINTER FOLDER (all C64s anyway)
reconnect cable, let it reinitialise the drver
NOW try printing
