Yes you can upgrade... Your motherboard will need a PCI-e slot. It looks like from the info here:

That you do have a PCI Express x16 graphics (for a graphics card). If you only had an AGP slot on your motherboard then you would need to upgrade your motherboard.

Integrated video can be turned off in the bios once you have the new card installed. The procedure is usually outlined in the manual that comes with your new card.

I would also open your case and check out how much room you have for the card. If it is tight then you will want a card with a small heatsink/fan. Keep in mind that some of these cards come with jumbo cooling fans! You might want to check out this site for your card:

An integrated video card means the video card is built into the motherboard and is not a separate card. Many share RAM with system memory, but some do have their own dedicated RAM. In any case, large computer manufactures do this to cut costs as it reduces the number of parts in the computer and makes its assembly easier. This is the main reason why many people avoid such big name desktops.

The problem with this is that many times they totally eliminate the graphics card slot making it impossible to upgrade your graphics card without replacing the motherboard. Back in the day of AGP graphics cards, it was almost a sure thing that integrated graphics meant there was no AGP slot. With newer PCI-e graphics cards, I've seen several motherboards with integrated graphics that had an open x16 PCI-e slot allowing you to upgrade. I've also seen several that didn't, so it's really up in the air if you can upgrade or not.

The best way to find out is to open you computer and look to if you have any open x16 PCI-e slots. It looks like the two longer slots in this picture:

If you do have one, you're all set. Get a PCI-e card, pop it into the open slot and boot the machine. If you want to disable the integrated graphics card, enter the BIOS setup as the system is booting and poke around to find 'integrated peripherals' or something similar. There, you should be able to disable various features of your motherboard, including the integrated graphics card.

Yes, I'm really sure of it! But the real-time games like Oblivion, Gothic 3, Flight Simulator X. If you want to make your computer to handle these games. I recommended that you will upgrade 1 GB RAM to make your computer faster. Graphic card? I would say any 7 series cards or Geforce 7800 GT, GTX or up to Geforce 7950 GT can make Oblivion look better and better framerates. But if you want a cheaper price for Graphic cards, you could buy any 7 series with GS.

Integrated video--means that the video ram is built into the motherboard.I have an HP 6130n (similar to yours) all you have to do is slide the new video card into the PCIexpress slot on the motherboard. It will be the only one that fits your video card. Make sure you push it all the way in and secure it with a small screw. If you only have a 250 watt power supply, you might have to buy a bigger one(about 400 watts), however I added a 256MB card to mine without changing the power supply and it works fine.

An intergrated video card means that the video in on-board to intergrated into the motherboard. This type of card takes ram from your system to run.

To look for a new video card, you need to find out what type of video slot you have. If your system has an AGP or PCIex16 slot (which is the standard today) you will be to upgrade.

i think it is possible to instal a new graphics card that runs along side your integrated one, altho its pretty hard, you have to pretty fluent in bios to get them to run together or just to run on the new one, plus some motherboards with an intergrated graphics card cant take it, so find out what motherboard youve got by looking at any paper work youve got or on the internet, unless your fluent in bios where you can go and look and see exactly what it is
