Only thing I can think of is either the Range Rider or Yancy Derringer and they starred Jock Mahoney in both of them?

I would have thought it was the Lone Ranger too. But Hoppy seems to be older by a few months.

Hop Along Cassidy "Hoppy" was the first one I remember. But, I grew up in a house of all women, so westerns weren't really a big draw. We all wanted to be "Queen for a Day."

that is absurd. You are not even old enough to care for yourself much less a child. Its not all about getting famous, a baby is your responsibility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 18 years. What about the rest of your life? High school events, your education, your career, chances of a healthy relationship? You should really think about the kind of life your child would have with a mother so young and uncapable of providing. Once you have a son/daughter your life revolves around them and if you dump them off on someone else like some of those girls do then you should never have been a parent anyway. Wait til your older, out of college, married, and have MONEY to care for a child before even thinking of getting pregnant. Its no walk in the park, esp if there are complications. I hope this wasnt a serious question, but if it is....get a puppy first and you'll see just how exhausting it really is. hope you make the right decision. the odds of getting famous are slim to none anyway

Cisco Kid, Roy Rodgers, Rawhide, Hopalong Cassidy. Sky King, Lone Ranger and Tonto. There are others, but I think they are the oldest.
EDIT: went back and read the others answers and I think deble-20 gets best answer. I remember all of those too. Just forgot a few.

Hopalog Cassidy - ill. Brother Gene Autry - ill. Brother Roy Rogers - Lash LaRue - Johhny MacBrown - Gabby Hays - Sgt. Preston - Sky King - Tex Ritter - a little later but Nick Adams as
" The Rebel " among others who have already been answered.

The best ( in my opinion ) old time western series never made it to television -- Straight Arrow.

Besides all the more famous ones, I remember Lash Larue. He was really good looking.

The Lone Ranger on the radio was my favorite of all time, though.

Hope you are doing okay. I don't remember Range Rider.

I can remember watching Clint Eastwood on a cowboy show on television when he was really young. Wow. I am old.
