Yes and I think I know why, embarrassment and shyness.
I say sorry a lot but I think at the wrong times. I'm not sure about other times. It's probably a reason I like people that are direct and honest. Communication is important to me.

Admitting that you're wrong can be very difficult at times as it's a matter of putting your pride and ego to the side which is difficult for some people more then others as some people have more pride and bigger ego's then others do.

No, I always put my hand up when wrong and apologise if necessary. Its easier in the long run.
I also think you should never ask for an apology from someone, they either mean it or they don't and if its prompted by someone they cant really mean it.

sometimes..........if the mistake i made is too old, or i'm desperately determined to be mean, then i just think, ' i'll make it up to them tomorrow' but mostly i apologize on the spot, that is as long as i believe its my fault
