what is recommended for a 2003 cavalier for Cold Crank Amps. I found a battery for $56.99 and its 650 cca and its a duralast. Any advice would help. I live in ohio, so the winters can be harsh here. I am limited on money so i can't afford top of the line 900 cca.

You only need what the car is spec'd at. The big batteries rated close to 1K CCA are turning over massive V-8 motors when they are cold. You have to remember you are only turning over a small 4 cyl. motor. You actually only need somewhere around 150-200 amps for a cold motor, the rest is reserve power for extended cranking. Go ahead with the 650 CCA as that's tons.
