Heck no. This 60 year old man has scored no victory. Acting crazy and violent isn't even remotely admirable. The 30 year old man probably thought he was dealing with an unstable nutcase rather than an angry normal man.
The 60 year old has nothing to be proud of. I find him sad and quite lacking.
Edit: And the others are right! The 30 year old is screwed either way - for elder abuse or for being sissy. Might want to let the old man know this...I'm hadn't thought of that - the 30 year old HAD to "let him win". But if the 60 year old is as senile as the facts indicate - I don't think it would matter.

Yes. He was able to intimidate someone half his age and feels proud that he still has some potency left in his old bones. It's a personal victory for him. Sad and all but still, in his mind, it was a victory.
I'm sure it was also a personal victory for the 30 year old that was probably afraid the old coot would die of a heart attach banging on his car, and was still able to exercise enough restraint and maturity not to get out and break the old man like a dried up old twig.

Let him brag. The young guy showed intelligence by staying inside his car. Do you know if the old man had a gun or not? It could have been real ugly. The victory goes to the smart, young man.

ofcourse not, the victory belongs to the 30 year old man cause he had the courage to hold himself back and not fight the old man. if they were in a fight, the young would ended up with bruises the most, all he have to do just go home and put ice on it. but the old man? who knows? he probaly ended up on a hospital or worse, and the young man will get blamed for it.
and i think the 30 year old man didnt frightened, but confused :p

No, because it was lose-lose for the 30 year old. If the 30 year old beat the crap out of the old guy, he's a bully. If he stays in the car, he's a sissy.
The bully method gets him jail, though. The sissy method doesn't.
The 60 year old still needs to grow up. The 30 year old was more mature.

Haha.. thanks for the laughs!!
But age should never matter.. Personally i wouldnt want to indimidate anyone, and this pold man really took it over the line when he was bragging over his victory...
The age shouldnt matter.. i know my reaction was different when i heard the guy was old.
But it shouldnt matter if the person was 10 or 60.. Bragging over "victory" is utter nonsense.. Its not victory making someone else feel bad
: )

Yes, if it was his intention to do so. Is it right? No. Woould I do it? No. I would beep my horn and maybe tell him he is no. 1 if it was serious like, he cut me off and I almost wrecked. However, I do n ot encourage this. People are crazier than ever these days, and carry guns and knives. I do not have a death wish, plus, there are more important things in the universe.
