The mortgage company placed me on a special forbearance repayment plpan back in April. I complied with the repayment plan and at the end they offered me a loan modification, They instructed me not to make any payments during this time of litigation of my loan. It has been almostg four months and I just received a letter today offering me another forebearnce for the next four months. Is there anything that I can do?? I am now financially able to make payments on time and I just want to becaome current with my loan???

You need to call them and speak with a supervisor right away... Tell them your situation and ask what is going on... Tell them that you are able to make your payments now and just want to pay it and get everything back up to date... If they make any kind of agreements or anything with you, be sure to get it faxed to your or sent in the mail so that you have written documentation of what they tell you... Also, write down important information from the conversation... I'm sure they want you to get back on track and pay the mortgage and be current as well, it's just that there's a lot of red tape to go through and complications, so they probably haven't gotten it all figured out by now... Take the bull by the horns and get on the phone with a supervisor!!! Good luck and congratulations on getting back in shape with your money!! Good job!! =)

Just start paying back because I'm sure there is some sort of catch to that; like interests or something like that.
