The best thing I would do is to find Stephen Gardner's lawyer or Stephen Gardner himself and ask him. He may be motivated to tell you. I understand that he was the underqualified chief executive officer who was found guilty of securities fraud and is awaiting sentencing. Federal prosecutors have his cooperation currently, (in hopes of a lighter sentence), and after he actually enters prison may be the best time to go visit him and ask him. (Let jail argue with any loyalty or fear he may currently feel for people who have managed so far to weasel out of federal radar range.) Sorry this is the best I can do. Good luck. I hope you find somthing on this self serving underworld character.

Wouldn't it be easier to find a candidate who doesn't have a scandalous past - like Paul, Hunter, or Tancredo.
