My hands felt like they were vibrating almost up to my elbows. I felt like I was going to pass out and vomit too. Anyone know what this could be?

no vibrating tools or anything else that vibrates for that matter.

I had my blood pressure checked yesterday and it was normal. I have been checked for diabetes but it has been a while.

I had blood drawn and a urine sample done yesterday , but the results are not in yet.

Is it possible that you may be suffering from any seizure disorder? There are many different type of seizures and not all lead to convulsions. If you have had a head injury, car accident, change in diet, hormones, and many other things can contribute. You should seek doctor's help on this one. There are so many conditions of illnesses out there that a full examination may be in store for you.

Look up Vibration white finger, hae you used vibrating tools in the past? and no i am not making a joke although it does sound like that...

it is a bizarre lesson , your felt the skin of your arm vibrated ? sugar: Nil , BP: normal . may vitamin lack .
especially vit.B compound , visit the specialist doctor

Have your blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked.
I'm thinking you might be experiencing low blood sugar.
