Most liter + bikes can do close to this... but why would you want to, and then you have to ask yourself why you really need this much power?!?
Of course it is a real kick in the pants - if you can handle it.

Which Ninja? The 250R? No way. But it looks like a lot of fun to ride anyway.
The 600? Depends on the speed limit.
The ZX-10 and ZX-14? They'll nearly touch 100mph in 1st gear.
As always, a motorcycle's capability is fixed, but its performance is up to the rider.

i 10 in west texas it is 80 but as far as i know if there is no posting the limit is 55

Yes it will, stock off the showroom, un-modified it will do an indicated 103 mph in first.

parts of i 10 in Texas has a 80 mph speed limit..
if it can do that in first the gearing is too high
