the birds aren't going to do it, i've been waiting for them to take care of it for 2 days now. i gotta go do the same thing, i'll be thinking about you!

Clean it....do you want your dog to walk in it and track it back in the house? Also, some dogs will eat it and after it sits, insects and stuff can infect it and your dog could get sick. Besides, I let my dog lick me....if you leave it, well, who knows where that tongue has been!!

Sorry but its more likely the bird will go away, but nice flies will come, so get rid of it quick.
