Should still be safe to drive so long as it hasn't cracked where the fixing points/bolts are and it's not hanging off.
You can either go to a body shop and get a fill & repair job but for best results it would be better to replace.
I would imagine it would be fairly straight forward. Invest in a Haynes manual which will give you step by step instructions, pick one up on Ebay for a few pounds.
You may get lucky and find a bumper in a local car dismantlers that's the same colour, or otherwise you'll need to get another and have it sprayed.

The part you can see is just a bumper cover (sometimes also called the bumper fascia). It is a cosmetic component only, and a crack is not unsafe.

However, the real bumper (an impact-absorbing structure) lies behind it, and you need to check that it was not damaged in the impact that cracked the cover.

Both parts are designed to be easily replaced after a minor impact.

that is going to come as a connect approximately 0.5 way into the rear door close alongside the Sill and 0.5 way alongside the precise earlier it reaches the B-Pillar. you ought to nevertheless have the flexibility to experience airborne dirt and dirt under the wheel arch with the aid of fact the wheel arch attaches to the indoors wing and is in basic terms spot welded on the quarter, so while changing 1 / 4 panel the wheel arch will proceed to be in place. in the event that they have charged you for a clean wing and then in basic terms repaired it and finished a shoddy pastime, take it returned to the storage and insist they do what you have paid for! just to double verify to comprehend for advantageous whether 1 / 4 has been geared up, in basic terms open the rear door, pull the rubber seal up and seek for the indicators of spot welds. in the event that they are in a neat orderly line then its better than probable 1 / 4 panel hasn`t been geared up. If the welds look under neat then they are able to have been finished by way of a human - and not a robotic interior the production facility.
