I am not surprised you are having difficulties if you are masturbating that much. It is difficult to imagine how youmust be struggling with this problem. You could go and talk with your doctor and see if there is a sex counselling service that might help you, and also to rule out any underlying clinical problem. You don't say if you have a girlfriend, but it is much healthier if you directed your sexual energies into sharing with another human being rather than by your lonely self

If masturbation caused the problem, it probably would be wise to discontinue it. Most people mastrbt due to the lack of sex, or to get ready for the sexual act to take place, or to prolong the climax state while being involved sexually. As for having a problem with erection, that usually doesn't happen unless it shortly after u mstrbt, then of course it would take a few minutes to get to that erected state again. But my suggestion would be not to mstrbt, and just stick to having sex it's better that way anyhow.

You must check out Jack Grave's "Ejaculation Guru" tutorial on how to stop premature ejaculation, check out his video here: http://www.ejaculationguru.link
It explains how to end premature ejaculation for good. It’s basically a blueprint on how to develop natural control over your ejaculation. It actually reprograms your ejaculatory reflex so that you last longer without even trying.
It involves a combination of techniques, learning knowledge, and following a specific approach that attacks premature ejaculation from all three angles; the physical, mental, and hormonal. I was able to cure my premature ejaculation problem in only 2 weeks and I never had a problem again.

Hi there,
Premature ejaculation can be cured with natural methods. One really good one you can follow is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565
When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That’s because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest; just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.

I agree with previous answerer's who say that your doctor is out of line. There is no need for a prostate exam to cause any discomfort or embarrassment to a patient and it certainly should not result in an ejaculation. Perhaps it would be good to see another doctor (one that you trust and/or have confidence in) and discuss this issue with him. He may even give you guidance about what to do about reporting the other doctor.

Stop masturbating so much. If you wait 2-3 days for your penis to recover from the previous time you masturbated, you'll have your sensitivity back in not time. And you'll notice that you will have better orgasms and a shorter time to reach orgasm. As for erections, well, since you've masturbated so much, you aren't in the mood for sexual activity and that's why you can't keep an erection.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/9lTar
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Give your penis a rest for 'bout 2 weeks. No sexual activity at all. Take a Hot bath with Epson salt during the 2 week hiatus.
