Homeless people is one issue and undocumented is another. Is it still possible to go door to door and get an accurate count? Or are we relying on a statistical sample from some computer in Washington D.C?

The Constitution required a head count, not a statistical sample. Enumerators can't help it if people hide from them. Statistical sampling is probably more accurate than the actual count.

What you describe would be a systemic problem that has always existed. If this problem has always existed, how can the Census lose credibility? It is as accurate as it ever has been and as accurate as the framers knew it would be.

I'd have to AGREE and say YES!
You are correct, 'homeless' and 'illegal aliens' are the TOP reason why.
News media and our Gov't say there are 12 Million 'illegals' yet, some studies find the total is closer to 20 Million....go figure! (if you've ever been in Wal-Mart, it seems closer to 20 mil) Once was enough for me....bye, bye, W-M
We'll never know the real truth because our DUMB Gov't does not record the freeloading 'illegals' on the Census lists....so, why even bother?
