Sorry, there's no such thiing as a "fake marriage".
They are either married in the eyes of the law or they are not.
If they applied for a marriage license and swore in front of a justice of the piece, judge, pastor or other qualified person, they are married.....period.
Their reason for marrying isn't the issue. The issue is are they LEGALLY married, lawfully.

Contact the Emigration Office and report them. Contact the FBI and report them. Just be absolutely sure of your facts. If you are doing this just to 'get even' or to try to mess up their lives, you will do that, but if you are not 100% truthful, it could come back to bite you.

You can contact Immigration and Naturalization about your suspicions. The reason for the marriage does not make the marriage "fake" however. A legal marriage is a marriage, regardless of the motivation to marry. It is not as easy as it once was to gain citizenship by marriage. It is no longer an automatic process and INS investigates every request for citizenship.

First you have to prove they aren't sleeping together so you should watch them every night and video tape them.
I'm totally kidding. I wouldn't bother. If a real American wants to subject themself to a fake marriage for three years then whatever. But if you really care, call ICE.

Why don't you mind your own business. You have no idea what goes on in a marriage behind closed doors, nor is it any of your concern. You're obviously out for some sort of revenge. Why don't you get your own life and allow others to live theirs. People in glass houses...

Instead of the police, I would think it would be better for you to report that type of crime to the INS.
