It's hard to say in early pregnancy hcg has a rapid increase, so it is really hard to tell.

i dont knoe cause when i was pregnant my hcg was around 7 hundreds then when i was 6 weeks i was in the thounsands the doctors say it suppose to double every 48 hours u can be discuss it with ur doctor they can do a internal ultrasound to determine that
