White pen = a "White out pan" Be real, almost NO ONE makes white ink, after all it's NO USE on most normal (white) paper
Try an ART SPECIALIST SHOP though

Gellyroll makes white gel pens. There are also "milky" pens which write in whites and pastels. I use Gellyroll "glaze" pens which looks like a translucent glaze when dry. There is a white that look gorgeous; I use it all the time in my work.

white is not a color. white = the absence of pigment...
however, that's not to say that White pens, gel pens, crayons, color pencils, don't exist...try a craft store near you

Yes, Michaels ( or any other craft store ) has them.

*************Michaels also has some with super fine sparkles in the ink...and the white is beautiful...when it dries it looks like snow...fabulous for writing on colored paper...

like the other guy said, try staples. or you could search for it on the internet.
