Helio Ocean Ringtones?

Does the helio play MP3 ringtones? And does it have a MP3 Player on it?

The Ocean does play MP3's great. The ring tones can be from MP3's here is what you do to make them work on the Ocean: http://www.heliocity.net/guides/create-mmf-ringtones-from-mp3-using-free-software/
