She would have got reported too. You should both be disqualified.

First off, unfortunately life is not fair... so I don't think that the situation with the other student is entirely relevant. What you have to focus on is that you feel that you were unjustly punished, and would like the opportunity to explain your self.
I would confront your teacher, in a polite and mature way. Explain to her the situation, and perhaps she will allow you to retake the exam.
If this does not work, I would proceed by contacting the exam board, in writing. Instead of placing blame on the teacher, or the other student, just indicate that you feel as though you were involved in a misjudged situation. Explain that you tried to resolve the matter with your teacher, but it was unsuccessful.
Hope this advise helps. Good luck.

It is not in your best interest to start problems with the school concerning a fellow student. They will surely ask for the girls name. This will come back on you. the two things you need to do are: First you can ask if there is anyway you can take a make up exam or do extra credit work. Second, make sure YOU are following all the rules on any future test or other school work.

The "I" should be capitalized in your first sentence. The word "go" in the first sentence should have been changed to "got". Did your English paper get canceled (correct spelling..) ,or was it was it taken away from you?
I think you do need to take this exam.
The teacher most likely took it away based on you past performance in class (i.e. if you are a troublemaker).
I think you should talk with the teacher and explain your side of it. Pouting about it will get you nowhere.

If you feel you have been wronged, ask your teacher about it in a calm and reasonable manner. If you are not satisfied with the teacher's response, then go to the exam board.

No, this is not fair, unless u were being really loud. I'd ask my parents first, but that's not fair.

I am sorry but maybe it is a good thing because I had a hard time reading your question.
If you do tell they probably won't do anything.

Sure, appeal it based on unequal enforcement. Do so in writing and carefully proofread it.
