Not exactly. I signed a fake name, no one in particular, and yes, I got away with it. It was the kind of form where there just had to be a name in the block. No one would ever know whose name it was. :D
Actually, I think I just made up the initials and let the rest be scribbly. It worked.

more times that I can count. I was the one everyone went to in school, never got caught , and Don't do anything like that anymore.
