clicked on clock and task bar jumped to top of screen. how do i fix it?

Right click on the task bar and unlock it. Then click and drag it to where you want it. Then lock it again.

Click and hold an EMPTY space on the task bar
Drag is south until it "pops" back to the bottom
leave it there

drag it back down to where you want it then right the task bar and select Lock the task bar
