Neoplasia:
Benign -> leiomyoma
Malignant -> leiomyosarcoma

Of course there are non-neoplastic diseases related to smooth muscle

Another disease that smooth muscle probably plays a significant role is atherosclerosis! It is characterized by smooth muscle proliferation and migration, and modification of extracellular matrix of vessel by smooth muscle cells! You can read something about the theories of pathogenesis of atherosclerosis if you're interested.
