Sex is not prime thing for a woman love is prime. I will Love her in such a way so she feel my concern and willingly give up her reluctance for natural act {sex} between a husband and wife. Forced sex is considered a rape.

well... u need to clarify in the question as to why she dislikes sex. The following are some of the possible reasons and possible solutions:

1. Reluctance due to hardly knowing the guy: the solution is simple - spend more time with her and try to work things out over time.

2. Lesbianism: I guess then logically the best thing wud be divorce but given tht its an arranged marriage, family pressure to maintain the marital bond is intense hence divorce is not a viable option. In this case, the guy is justified in trying to find new pastures.

3. She loves another guy: A perfect nightmare for the husband. He shud have had the sense to at least enquire abt this b4 getting married.

This happens to be a fit ground of cruelty in not indulging in post marital sex for no medical reason but just personal dislike for this natural activity between any married couple for which they have been granted permission both legally & socially. The concept of marriage is based on the indulgence of legal sex between the couple to legally propagate their generation. Even the Indian Matrimonial law very clearly provides for any such marriage which has not been consummated because of the impotency of the respondent can be annulled by the decree of nullity, but in such case the impotency of the said wife is not being questioned hence to get this marriage annulled on this ground will not work, but as stated above this act of wife to refuse to indulge in normal sex with the husband without any sufficient reason medical or otherwise will amount to Cruelty for which the Family court will grant decree of divorce to the husband based on this clear principle as laid down by the Supreme Court of India. I'm a lawyer & hence I can give only a legal opinion on this issue.

Are you from India? if so, you may pass to courtroom and make him undergo DNA attempt to coach, in case you're having a new child from him. otherwise, that's amazingly puzzling to coach contained in the absence of documentary data approximately your marriage. The in contact choose themes a warrant and ask the police to deliver that guy or woman to courtroom. If he tries to steer away from, may be he could stall for some days, yet he would be dragged to courtroom. or you've gotten valid Marriage certificates issued with the help of the in contact Sub-Registrar/Marriage Registrar to coach contained in the courtroom. yet those are having their own execs and cons and not something is proper in this worldwide of egocentric human beings. yet you may attempt. each and every of the main suitable my expensive. Take care.

He would have his work ahead to try to win her over. If she ever wanted a family then she has no choice. How does she know she doesn't like sex? Has she had a bad experience? It is more then just a act when two people love each other.

Take her to a sexologist, he may be able to let her know the beauty of the sex [sex knowledge], If she does not cooperate inspite of your best effort to convince her that its requred, its good, its god given, its must be after marriage. If nothing works then no way except going for mutual divorce.

If she dislikes sex there must be emotional reasons that need to be addressed and he should be patient with, or physical reasons like pain which should be medically addressed or perhaps more foreplay or lubricant is needed.
